Convenience to Invesco can't be beat. Stayed here after a late night at a concert. Walked back from the stadium in minutes.
Old and not remodeled.

That your checkout wasn't until noon. It allowed me to get a nap in before the concert.
The price, but I don't like spending money.

Located near downtown, convenient shuttle service, friendly staff, top floor restaurant with excellent views, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Only downside is the noise from the nearby freeway. Great value for price/quality.

The front desk clerks and the shuttle drivers were very accomodating and friendly. The hotel showed its age but the staff made it not such a bad thing. It was a warm family friendly place that I would stay at again.
Wear and tear. Needs a bit of maintenance.

Great location. Close to downtown. It didn't smell. The beds worked for us.
My friend said it seemed haunted from the outside. She was right. It does look ramshackle. Our first room was soaked to the bone on the floor. They had just cleaned the carpet so I had to lug all our luggage and a two year old to another room. Our room had water damage, damage to the door, damage in various other places. You can hear the trains from across the interstate. The SkyBar looked ghetto--shabby furnishings. Outdated bead spreads, rickety air conditioner. But for $70 a night, it was fine.

During our Christmas stay, we found a great alternative to downtown hotels. the location was convenient and easily accessible from major freeways. the shuttle service was prompt and reliable, allowing us to visit key attractions without any issues. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. the hotel had an amazing restaurant that offered stunning views of the city.
for the price we paid, it was still a great deal compared to other expensive options in the area.

The convenient on and off location as well as the shuttle service.
The service in the bar/restaurant was extremely slow! The food was very good once we were waited on.

The hotel had the best value for money of all hotels within/nearby downtown Denver. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The place to stay in Denver if your first priority is decent accommodation at an affordable price. Requires approximately a 15 min walk to get downtown.
The room decoration is a bit outdated. For a price around 60$ night however its the best deal out there if you are looking for a affordable decent place near downtown Denver.
